These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Purity.Organic and to every agreement concluded through our website.
Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

We do our best to describe products as completely and accurately as possible.
Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding.
Offers are valid while supplies last.
4. Conclusion of the agreement
The agreement is concluded when you accept the offer and meet the stated conditions.
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation.
5. Prices and payment
All listed prices include VAT.
Any shipping costs are listed separately.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website.
6. Delivery
Delivery will take place at the address you provided.

The risk of damage or loss passes to the consumer upon delivery.

Many Purity.Organic products are made with natural or organic ingredients.
Variations in color, odor, texture, or weight per batch do not constitute a defect.

10. Liability
We make every effort to ensure our work is carried out with care.
Our liability is limited to direct damages and a maximum of the amount of the product or order in question.
We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use or failure to follow instructions.
This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.
11. Force Majeure
We are not obligated to fulfill any obligations in the event of force majeure.
Force majeure refers to any circumstance beyond our control, including transport disruptions, supplier delays, government measures, pandemics, or natural disasters.
In the event of force majeure, we may suspend performance or terminate the agreement without compensation.
12. Complaints

We will respond within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
